Familiar managed restaurant, it's situated in one of the first buildings constructed on the Capo Testa's cape. Originally house of fishermen, it was transformed in restaurant in the beginning of 50's, before the advent of the many actual tourists. The ulterior evolution was had in last 70's when it was acquired and restructured by the actual owners, Messrs Casu, in the respect of the ancient traditions of the Sardinian culture and kitchen.
All the courses cooked in the Ristorante "Da Casu" are realized with raw materials and high quality products (meat, fish, cheese and wine), strictly selected by the Chef Mario.

His famous Mirto (of which he's jealous) it's sagely prepared with the berries of the homonym plant. Mario collects them personally during the winter in the neighbouring hills and he serves the Mirto exclusively in the restaurant in an all particolar way.

The fresh pasta is of own production (ravioli and seadas), and every year it's possible to find new dishes that represent the effort to improve the Sardinian flavours in the full respect of the ancient tradition.
